I recently had 5 separate pieces of jewellery repaired at Peter Trevor Jewellers. They all had huge sentimental value. I am thrilled with the quality of the repairs, the speed of repair and the good price. The staff are so knowledgeable and advised me what repairs were possible. Particular thanks to Debbie. My bracelet was a difficult repair and I am delighted with the work. Thoroughly recommend!

I cannot recommend Peter Trevor Jewellers highly enough. I visited them with my daughter for a custom made 21st birthday ring. We wanted something really special and personal. John & Deborah were so helpful throughout the whole process, suggesting different designs for the ring and shape and cut of the stones. Once the design had been agreed, we received a 3D image which completely captured exactly what we wanted. The real thing was beyond our expectations. Thank you so much.

Went in today to ask about getting my rings resized after receiving an extortionate quote from Brighton I decided to make the trip to Seaford and received an extremely reasonable quote but more importantly advice around one of my rings that ended up saving my ring which would have likely have broken in the resizing process due to the amount of sizes it needed to go down. I kept my ring to wear on another finger and picked out a new eternity ring with the help of the two lovely ladies in store! Highly recommend

I have used this jewellers a few times . Today I popped in to have my bracelet mended. The lady looked at the bracelet which I thought I would have to leave to be mended. She was able to mend there and then and give me advise not to put it into silver dip or it would damage the Opals . They did not charge me . I went home so happy. This bracelet was given to me by my husband on a special holiday and means so much. I cleaned it carefully and now can wear it over Christmas. Thank you

My wife had a white gold necklace purchased from a High Street Jewellers that had got so tangled up during transit on holiday that it was no longer wearable and despite many amateur attempts by ourselves to untangle we only made it worse. Eventually got round to taking it to our local Jewellers - Peter Trevor, who on the same morning had it untangled and ready for collection at what can only be described as a token payment. Great service like this is remembered and when the time comes for a special piece of jewellery to purchase you can be assured that our local Jewellers will be our first point of call - great local and friendly service - much appreciated and one happy wife too.

Excellent service when I needed my engagement ring resizing. Quick responses through email too. I also purchased some earrings from their shop front 😍

I needed a necklace repaired and the assistant was ready to serve me. She was very helpful and explained it would be ready within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

What should have been a simple battery swap threatened to become a very expensive bad experience, when a swish jeweller in Eastbourne messed up my watch big time.  Thank you for your help today for fixing my watch. I was told the winder had snapped off and would cost £200 to fix with a compulsory service. You screwed the winder back on whilst I waited, changed the battery and charged me £5 in total. Not forgetting the pleasant welcome and service with a smile. Well recommended!!

 I bought my engagement ring from Peter Trevor the staff were so helpful, I wanted to have the band made thicker, it came back from the goldsmith and it was even better than when I purchased it, as well as the new band the shank had been given extra detail so made it more unique. I love everything about this Jewellers; the building, the original features, the location, the warm welcome and most of all the people that work here. They are all graduates of the 'Can do' school which is really helpful as my knowledge of jewellery and what can be done is minimal. Everything I have asked for assistance with has been done, from replacing watch batteries, to unknotting chains to putting a value on a jewellery collection. This is the next job for them, just need to locate the collection! Thank you to all a Peter Trevor, it is a pleasure to walk through the door. Oh, and the dog gets an equally warm welcome too

Really pleased with my ring Peter Trevor Jewellers have made for me. I had an Emerald that I wanted to use and after a few computer drawings and discussions we came up with a design, adding in some diamonds either side into a platinum band. It is stunning and fits up against my wedding band perfectly. Thank you.

First time using this jewellers as our local one closed down. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to fix my husbands gold chain in great time and very reasonable price AND they even fixed my daughters play bracelet for me whilst we waited. Superb service.

Good shop for new and second jewellery

Friendly and Helpful Very helpful staff and friendly service. They replaced the battery in my watch and after a month the watch stopped working. I took the watch back for the battery to be checked, which they did and gave it a minor clean, at no charge and to date it is working. I would certainly recommend these jewellers.
